Would you like to return or exchange an item?

If you want to withdraw from the purchase contract, you can simply do so via the legally regulated cancellation process. You can find the corresponding cancellation text in our Terms and Conditions.

Especially if you are not satisfied with a delivery or a product, we want to help you quickly and easily. To do so, simply start the complaint in your customer account in the webshop and after just a few clicks we can take care of your request immediately.

You can specify whether you would like a replacement delivery or a refund of the purchase amount.

Please understand that this option is only available for sealed and complete items (sets).

We recommend that you return the products in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, you can use any other cardboard packaging that protects the products in a similar way to our shipping packaging.
